Liz Ezelle, DVM
Dr. Liz Ezelle graduated from Episcopal High School in Baton Rouge in 2002 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Ezelle was a student-athlete at Millsaps, where she played volleyball for the Majors. Dr. Liz went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University in 2011.
Dr. Ezelle began practicing at Plains Veterinary Hospital in 2011 just after graduation from veterinary school. In June of 2022 she partnered with Dr. Annison to become co-owner of Plains Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Liz also worked as a vet assistant in Jackson, Mississippi at Northtown Animal Clinic while in college at Millsaps.
Dr. Ezelle and her husband Robert have a daughter Emma, and son Roland. The Ezelles have two dogs they rescued through Must Luv Dogs, Hank and Kenny. They have a cat named Baby Kat, 11 chickens, and a rabbit named Snoopy.
