Hannah Herring

Head Receptionist, and Office Manager

Hannah Herring completed high school at Broadmoor High School in 2003 and became a part of the Plains Veterinary Hospital team in 2006. Hannah and her husband Randy have a daughter named Kylie, and a pet family consisting of three German Shorthair Pointers: Gracie, Chase, Rain, as well as rescues including Lexi, a German Shorthair Pointer mix, Roux, another German Shorthair Pointer mix, and Gage, an English Pointer rescue.

Holly Robertson


Holly Robertson graduated from Dusty Trails Private Homeschool in 2010 and began working at Plains Veterinary Hospital in February of 2011. Holly has a Boxer named Remi, a cat named Buzz, a small herd of Braford crossbred cattle, and 3 Quarter Horses: Jessie, Tipntoe, and Bitz.

Hannah Bucher

Veterinary Assistant

Hannah Bucher completed Amite County High school in 2015 and became a valuable team member at Plains Veterinary Hospital soon after that. Hannah is currently taking pre-vet courses at Louisiana State University. She has one son named Liam and a pet family consisting of three dogs, four cats, two goats, and a pot belly pig.

Jackson Andrews

Kennel Assistant

Jackson Andrews graduated from Gables Academy in 2010, and went on to attend Baton Rouge Community College for three years, joining the Plains Veterinary Hospital team in October of 2017. Jackson has three dogs, including a Chihuahua named Little Bit, another Chihuahua, Beau, a Golden Doodle named Pepper, and a guinea pig named Sammy.

Rebecca Carlisle

Vet Technician

Graduated in 2016. Was homeschooled. Grew up with a love of animals and a father who loved to teach us about them, started at pvh august 2018.

Heather Fournet

Vet Assistant/Technician

Heather Fournet graduated from Winthrop University in 2012. She joined the Plains Veterinary Hospital team in September of 2020. Heather has always had a passion for animals and cares for many of her own. She has a cat and 4 dogs - 2 retired racing greyhounds and 2 rescue mixed breeds. She also keeps chickens, Dexter cows, honeybees, and many exotics, including ferrets, snakes, and a tegu.

Cassie Fudge

Vet Assistant

Cassie Fudge graduated from Slaughter Community Charter School in 2020 and became a part of the Plains Veterinary Hospital team in May 2021. Cassie‘s pet family consists of a French Bulldog named Lola, four cats she bottle raised George, Bean, Grey, & Oliver, a Quarter horse named Flash, and a Beta fish named Cleo.
